THE PROJECT205 North Quay | VT Media
205 North Quay is a 37-level office tower in Brisbane’s Roma Street precinct, developed by Cbus Property and Nielson Properties. Designed by Hassell, REX and Richards & Spence and built by Hutchinson Builders, it combines premium office accommodation with an open-air plaza, wellness facilities and spaces for gathering. Coverage followed the project through monthly construction progress updates and key milestones, concluding with completion photography of the finished tower.
The brief
Create regular, high-quality imagery that could support project communications throughout delivery and provide a strong final library at completion.
